Join us for a night of learning with a personal trainer , who also shares your passion for the outdoors (so he gets it), and leave with an 8 week strengthening program you can do wherever you'd like. Just 25$ per person!!!

What to expect:

All experience levels welcome, Although participants are responsible for knowing their limits.

1 hour of demonstrations/ teaching of exercises followed by an open question period.

Conducted in a professional gym, so please wear indoor shoes and dress accordingly.

Program handout of detailed 8 week program, including list of potential equipment needed.


Minimum of 4 participants to go ahead.

Waiver Requirement
Participation in this activity is subject to the participant having signed the ACC Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks Agreement (the “Waiver”). Members participating in this activity do not require a separate Waiver. Your membership Waiver in place at the time of the activity will apply to your participation in this activity. If your membership renews prior to the activity taking place, you will be required to agree to a new Waiver upon renewal, this new Waiver will apply to your participation in this activity.
