Required Items to Bring:

Required items to bring; your kids! This is a family centered hiking trip looking to increase the young ones enjoyment of outdoor pursuits.

End of Sept can be hit or miss in the mountains so your family must be self sufficient to hike out independently in the case of inclement weather. Proper rain/snow gear should be included.  Also the kids should be able to hike at least the 8.5km into the hut.

Recommended Items to Bring:

Fun shared activities for kids, if you have a favorite game or activity that is easily packed and good for a larger group please bring it.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:

See ACC website for directions to trailhead. Be aware this is a long drive from Edmonton. We might look to carpool if there is interest.
