Itinerary:

NOTE THE NEW DATE NOW IN JULY.

Plan on an 8 to 9 hour day, lots of options in the area depending on snow level and weather: Mt Stelfox , Twin Peaks, lots of Ridge walks, are all right there.   Sunday will be a shorter day or could sport climb. Great fitness trainer for bigger trips. NOTE, leaving from edm early Saturday is an option.

Required Items to Bring:

Good hiking boots, snow gators, walking pole, personal camping gear and food.

Note the "sleep in the ditch permit " aka, camping on public lands permit is required of all adults.  


Recommended Items to Bring:

Beer.

Notes:

One dog/ person is ok to  but they must be experienced in the mountains (no first time off trail fidos as they will risk paw injuries).


Family members are welcome to come camp but members only on the scramble.



Doing your own thing Sunday is fine so long as carpool works out. 


*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Edmonton Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
