Itinerary: |
Lets meet at the main building at 7:00 pm. We will have a quick review of the Avalanche Canada app and short discussion to refresh us about overhead hazard and group travel.
We will then move to the open field adjacent and use Avalanche transceivers to search for buried 'participants' . A short exercise with shovels and probes will follow with a focus on adaptability using other participants tools. We will close with a review of shovel team best practices.
