Climbing at Porcupine Creek Crag Saturday and Sunday. Depart Sunday afternoon. If the creek's water levels are too high we can pivot to Wasootch Slabs nearby. Everything is weather permitting. Top ropes will be set up on easier lead routes. Anyone who wants to climb hard is welcome, but they must be able to lead their own routes. Climbs range mostly 5.8-5.10. There are three 5.11, a few 5.7, and a couple of lead practice routes at 5.4 and 5.5 -- Something for everyone!
Organizers Dee (Deana Bowman) and Pam MacDonnell are camping at Sibbald Lake Provincial Park Friday and Saturday nights. There are still several reservable spots if you need a campsite. You are responsible for securing your accommodations. Do let us know if you're camping there and we can get together for marshmallows or whatever.
