Itinerary:

The "What we did" series is back on April 9, 2024 and as usual we need YOUR stories to make this a delight.  This is an open call out to any and all members interested in speaking about one of their alpine experiences last year.  You'll get up to a 5 minute maximum to present your adventure (and some perks and prizes for your trouble!).  Any alpine sport, any ambition, any season. The goal is a rapid fire variety show of great mountain stories coming straight out of our YEGACC community.  There will be snacks and beverages free for members.  This event is graciously hosted by Fjallraven Edmonton.

Submit your 5 minute presentation here or by email.

Bonus: Show up early on April 9 for special shopping - our friends at Fjallraven Edmonton are bumping their ACC member discount up to 25% off after 5pm for us (from 20%).

Required Items to Bring:

If you are presenting, please ensure you submit your photos or slides ahead of time here or by email.

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Edmonton Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
