Itinerary:

This is a one day Rock Rescue refresher course with Francois Laplante from Rockaboo Adventures. This course is designed for people who have taken the full Rock Rescue in the past and want to refresh their skills, dial in details, and work on advanced situational problem solving.

As part of the course Rockaboo will grant access to their online course content that you can review ahead of time and bring your questions and skills to the course for detailed feedback from the guide.

The cost of the course will be a maximum of $265 with a small reduction with more participants.

This is a great course for Rock Climbing and/or Ice Climbing leaders and will be eligible for the trip leader's Volunteer Subsidy Program.

Required Items to Bring:

Basic Multi-Pitch gear set

Payment Options:
  • Member $265.00 CAD

*Cancellation Policy*: If a participant is unable to attend a paid course or trip, there will be no refund unless the participant finds a suitable replacement that is acceptable to the trip coordinator. Acceptable waiting list candidates will have priority. It will then be the participant's responsibility to recover funds from the replacement. If the coordinator cancels an event, participants get a refund (less any non-recoverable costs). Note that ACC National does not refund hut fees due to weather, delay, closures, or any other reasons. The Edmonton Section of the ACC is a not for profit club and we only charge attendees what it costs us to provide courses or trips.
